Celebrating Modern Jewish Living Through Food, Tradition, and Family

Orange Cinnamon Sweet Potatoes – Healthy Option

Orange cinnamon sweet potatoes are sweet, filling, and packed with heart-healthy nutrients. They’re also one of the easiest sides to make!

The Backstory: There’s delicious, and then there’s delicious. This recipe for fall’s favorite veggie is truly out of this world. Aside from the fact that sweet potatoes are packed with vitamins (A and C) and are an excellent source of fiber (this makes me so happy!), they simply taste terrific and let’s face it: all of us want our foods to be scrumptious and healthy. And why not? We deserve it. More of the Backstory after the recipe
